Cake:
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 4 3/4-ounce jars plum baby food
1 cup pecans, chopped

Topping:
1 stick butter, softened/melted
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cake:
Grease entire tube pan with Crisco and flour bottom of the pan. Sift flour THREE times. Add sugar, then oil into bowl of mixer. Add eggs one at a time, to four/sugar/oil mixture. add spices. Mix thoroughly. Add plum baby food and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Remove cake from pan onto serving plate. Ice cake with half the topping when cake is removed from oven. Ice with remainder when cooled.

Topping:
Stir ingredients until smooth.
