1 14-ounce can(jar) Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise(Hellmann's)
8 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Cayenne Pepper or Tobasco to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm in ovenproof dish with crackers(Triscuits), Crostini or vegetable sticks..
