1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c quick cooking oats
1/4 s chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/3 c ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Preheat oven 350º

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into six loaves, about
4 in X 2 1/2 in. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine ketchup, sugar, and mustard. Spoon over loaves. Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until done.
