2 tsp butter
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
6 plum tomatoes, diced
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 TBSP ancho chili powder
1 TBSP ground paprika
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large, heavy saucepan and gently cook the chopped onion and garlic until they are tender and translucent. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally (to break up the tomato pieces). Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 20 minutes. Process the mixture until smooth, in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Let cool.
