2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
14-ounce can tomatoes
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP vinegar
1 tsp mustard powder
½ tsp chili seasoning or mild chili powder
salt and ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a saoucpan, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic until soft. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil Simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly. Pour into a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Press the sauce through a sieve if you prefer smoother results, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
