8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
8oz cream cheese
1 small jar chopped pimento
1t red pepper
2T grated onion
1 clove minced garlic
1T wostchestershire sauce
1/4c mayo or less
1-1 1/2T tabasco
chopped pecans
parsley flakes

Mix all together. Chill until you can form it into a ball, then roll in pecans and sprinkle with parsley flakes
