3 to 5 Lbs Chicken Breast
2 Packages Low sodium taco seasoning
2 Jars of Salsa - Heat to taste
1 - 16 oz can diced tomatoes
2 - 12 oz cans black beans - no juice
Container of Marscapone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Layer in crock pot in the order of ingredients. (Or reverse order if you're in another dimension)
2) Cook low for 8-10 hours
3) Pull the chicken out in separate dish, shred it.
4) With chicken still in other dish, add 1 container of Marscapone cheese and stir until it is dissolved.
5) Add the chicken back in and let sit for 5 min.

This can be an app or a meal. Scoop with tostada scoops, put some rice in a bowl and ladle in some Chicken A'la Dave, put it on top of mashed potatoes. Just enjoy. If you make too much, it keeps in the fridge for a week, or freeze it for another day.
