1 hen
2lb. pork roast
3 lb. ground beef - optional / we don't use it
5 cans of tomatoes
6 cans of creamed corn
2 small bottles of ketchup
1 small bottle of worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hen and pork until done. Cool and refrigerate broth overnight and skim the fat off the next day. Chop hen and pork in the food processor until fine.

In a very large 16+ quart pot, add all ingredients and simmer at least 6 hours. Cool and pack into freezer containers.
