3/4 cup Acini Pepe Macaroni
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 small can pineapple chunks plus the juice
1 small can mandarin oranges,plus the juice
9 oz tub of cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni until done. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool. Cook eggs, sugar, cornstarch and juices over a double boiler until thick. Pour over drained macaroni. Refrigerate over night. Add oranges, pineapple, cool whip and marshmallows. Mix well. Keeps several days
