8 pieces of bread
6-8 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups milk
1 tsp dried mustard
salt and pepper to taste
sausage, bacon or ham (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, put a layer of bread that is torn into pieces. Put a layer of meat on bread then cheese. Repeat bread, meat and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together and pour over the top. The cheese will rise to the top while baking. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes. This can be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
