Chicken Casserole Recipe

5-6 chicken breasts
1 pkg egg noodles
2 onions chopped
2 large bell peppers chopped
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 lg jars of pimento chopped

Boil chicken in salt and buttered water until tender about 1 1/2hrs Let cool and save broth. Debone the chicken

Saute onion and pepper in butter or oil

Dilute soup with broth

While preparing seasoning cook noodles until tender in chicken broth. Leave noodles in water until ready to drain in dish.

Layer ingredients in greased casserole dish and top with cheese

Bake at 350 until bubbly
