Ingredients:  
3 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) heat until chocolate chips are melted, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts. Pour into well-greased square baking dish, 8 x 8 inches. Refrigerate until set.
