½ c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. butter or margarine
½ c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
½ c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal and coconut together. Prepare and set aside 2 sheets wax paper. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add butter, cocoa, sugar and milk. Stir until dissolved; let come to a boil, mixing occasionally. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla and the peanut butter; mix until dissolved. Add oatmeal-coconut mixture gradually until all is coated. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper; flatten with edge of knife. Let cool. Makes 50 cookies.
