chicken breast
Salt
pepper
garlic both
slice Swiss cheese
slice of ham
Directions:
Directions:
Cut to thin and Pound flat chicken breast. Salt pepper and garlic both sides
Add thin slice Swiss cheese and thin slice of ham
Roll up tight and try to seal side as much as possible

Place on saran wrap and roll tightly in wrap.

Place in freezer bag and freeze.

When ready to eat, take out of saran wrap.
Place on parchment lined pan on 350º oven.
Cook thoroughly.

I serve over rice and make a white sauce to drizzle over
