Ingredients:  
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients together and set aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add olive oil. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat 20 strokes. Let stand covered with towel over pan of warm water for 5 minutes. Grease hands with olive oil. Proceed to shape pizza dough in a large pan. Add toppings and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes one thick crust pizza.
