4 cup mik
2 Tbs corn starch
6 Tbs butter
6 cups extra sharp cheddar, grated
1 large can fire-roasted diced tomatoes,drained(save liquid)
1 Tbs dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 lb elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add corn starch,gradually add milk. Heat to boil, stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese, mustard,, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes add tomatoes if liquid is to thick)
Pour over elbows and bake at 350 for 1 hour
