Ingredients: Melt 2 T Kerry Gold Butter 2 T Swerve 2 T Hersey Cocoa
2 cups of cream 2 cups of unsweetened almond coconut milk
2 T Keto OS Chocolate swirl (You buy this on line, but pretty expensive but worth it.)
2 or 3 cups crushed ice

Directions:After you melt the cocoa, butter and Swerve together add some of the milk and cream to it and stir so as to start blending it.
If you just put it all in the blender at once the chocolate doesn't mix well it goes flakey. But if you put the milk in the pan slowly and keep stirring it, it blends better. Then you can put it all in the blender and zap it and add the ice. I use about 2 or 3 cups of crushed ice. It makes for a large Keto shake but you certainly get full on it.

Notes: I actually love this. It is my substitute chocolate milk. I really love to eat cheese on plate with this.(which is cheese melted on a plate for those who don't know) It is my comfort food!! If you get too full you can put it in the refrigerator and zap it again before you drink it.
