Ingredients:  
1-2 T. oil
1 onion, mid size, chopped
1 tsp. flour
2-3 c. cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 beef cube
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
3 shakes pepper
4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Wilt onions. Add flour, then 1 c. water, and beef cube. Bring to boil.
Add 3 c. water and cauliflower.
Let boil until ready, then add spices.
