3 cups flour
1 1/2 T yeast
1 cup hot water
1 T olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese
Mozarella cheese
Assorted vegetables
Italian seasoning
1cup tomato sauce
1 cup tomato paste
Meat (your choice)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl put 1 cup hot water and add the yeast.Stir. Add about 3 cup of flour: 1 cup at a time. Mix 1 T olive oil add more flour until it is no longer sticky.
Work with hands and form into a big ball put into an oiled bowl. Set on the stove for about 10 minutes. Oil hands and divide dough into 2 balls. Stretch and put on two pizza pans which have been oiled.
Put in oven for 10 minutes.
Take out and add a little parmesan cheese, then pizza sauce*
cheeses add your favorite meats, vegetables then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake about 30 minutes or until crust is brown

*can use bottled sauce or use 1 cup of tomato sauce and 1 cup tomato paste mixed together.
