3 lb ground Chuck
2 (12 oz) pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage
4 Eggs
1 C. Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese (8 shakes with hole open)
MSG
1 C. Bread Cubes (seasoned) soaked in milk
1 C. Bread Cubes (seasoned) soaked in water
garlic salt
parsley
onion, dried or chopped
dry mustard (6 shakes)
salt
pepper
paprika
1 tsp Haji Babas season
Drips Kitchen Bouquet
Worcestershire sauce
2 Swallows of Beer
Catsup

SAUCE:
flour to thicken
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Steak Mushroom Sauce
1 C. Bouillon
Several tsp Kitchen Bouquet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Fry in a small amount of oil and water until browned.

Mix sauce then simmer meat balls in sauce.
