Ingredients:  
1 cup of cooked rice. I usually use wild rice
6 chicken thighs baked, skinned and cut up
1 package of frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake, skin and de-bone chicken thighs.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam cooking spray.
Place cooked rice in bottom of dish.
Mix soup, milk, chicken and veges together and spread on top of rice.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour covered with tinfoil.
