1 Head Napa Cabbage (shredded thinly)
8 Green Onions (sliced thinly)
4 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted)
6 Tbsp Sliveed Almonds (toasted)
1 C Croutons
1 Pkg Top Ramen Noodles (crushed) (do not use flavor pack)
1 Can Mandarin Orange Sections (drained)
Cooked Chicken, Turkey or Shrimp (as much as you want in bite-size pieces)

3 Tbsp Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp Sugar
C. Vegetable Oil
tsp Salt
tsp Pepper

Mix all ingredients together very well and drizzle over salad and toss.
