Beef or Venison Soup Recipe

6-8 cups of beef broth
3 large carrots sliced
3 stalks of celery chopped
4 potatoes cut up
1 onion chopped
1 cup of green beans
1 cup of mushrooms
2 packets of brown gravy mix
2 lbs of beef or venison cubed.
2 T oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Heat 2 T oil in skillet and brown meat. remove and place into crock pot.
Add chopped onion and celery to skillet and saute, add mushrooms, when just starting to get soft, add to the broth in crock pot.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook on high for 6-8 hours.
