2 c. rice (I use an instant rice) make rice according to box directions
left over beef cut into bit size pieces (roast etc.)
1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms fried in butter
a couple handfuls of hot peppers
soy sauce
1 can of peas, or frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine in lg. skillet. Add meat, banana peppers, mushroom; sauté till hot. Add hot rice. Add peas last few minutes of cooking. Add soy sauce mix and serve.
