3 cups sifted flour
1 cup shortening
1 egg
5 Tbsps cold water (or milk)
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut together the flour and shortening
Add the egg, water, vinegar and salt.

Mix well, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for one hour before rolling out
