1 cup butter
1 pkg yeast
1 cup sour cream
4 egg yolks
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter. Mix yeast and sour cream and add to butter. Mix in egg yolks. Add flour1 cup at time. Kneed after each cup until flour is gone. Refrigerate 2 3 hours. Take small ball of dough, roll out. Cut into triangles, roll in granulated sugar and spread preserves across triangle. Roll up and bake 10 12 minutes.
