2 3/4 cup cake flour
1/2 teaspoon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sweet moscato wine
5 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Frosting:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons strawberry puree
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. In medium bowl, combine wine, eggs and vanilla. In second medium bowl, sift together cake flour, salt and baking powder. Using electric mixer, beat together 2 sticks of butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). With mixer on low, add about 1/3 flour mix, followed by 1/3 wine mix, alternate until well combined. Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Frosting: beat butter until fluffy, add powdered sugar slowly, then add in vanilla. Mix 3 Tablespoons strawberry puree last.
