4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 C Panko bread crumbs
¼ C olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º; spray baking dish
Mix bread crumbs, oil, salt and pepper
Coat chicken with bread crumb mixture
Place chicken in baking dish
Bake for approx 20 minutes
