2c. Sugar
2 eggs
1c. Oil
1 can of pumpkin
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Nutmeg
4c. Flour
1 bag of chocolate chips
(1c. Coursely chopped walnuts) optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, oil, pumpkin and vanilla in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Slowly add to pumpkin mixture, then add chocolate chips and walnuts. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
