2 c. sugar
¾ c. light corn syrup
½ c. butter
2 c. cream (evaporated milk) (1 c. now - other later)

Directions:
Mix together sugar, corn syrup, butter & 1 c. evaporated milk.
Microwave 10 minutes on High. Stir every 2 minutes.
Add last 1 c. evaporated milk & microwave 10 minutes on high. Stir every 2 minutes.
(Blender if chunky)
Microwave 15 minutes (approximately) on high or until *reaches hard ball on candy thermometer, or in cold cup water drop caramel in. See if it is right consistency.

Pour in 8x8 or 9x9 pan works best. WELL BUTTERED.

Use metal pizza cutters or long knife to cut into squares.

****NOTE*** Times vary for each microwave!*****
