1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
lb monterey jack cheese, grated
lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 small can chopped greened chilies
1 can (10oz) cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Layer sausage and the cheese.
Mix eggs and soup. Add the green chilies, if desired.
Pour over casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Chill overnight (can also be frozen).
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Any combination of cheeses may be used.
