Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed
3 oz. blanched, sliced almonds
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 stick of butter
1 bunch Napa cabbage, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped

cup olive oil
cup granulated sugar
cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Melt butter in a large skillet and add crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Brown lightly and let cool. Place cabbage and onions in a large serving bowl. Pour cooled mixture over greens. Combine dressing ingredients, pour over salad and lightly toss just before serving.
