Ingredients: Marinade: 2 lbs of thin sliced steak (sandwich steak) 2 Tbps of Vallarta Carne Asada Seasoning Juice from 1 fresh lime Juice from 1 fresh orange 1 bunch of Cilantro (washed and cut) 1 white onion finely diced
Serving with: 1 head of Cabbage 1 pkg mexican cheese 2 bunches of cilantro 4 limes (cut in slices) Corn or flour tortillas

Directions:Wash the meat and put in a bowl or bag, add all the marinade ingredients and then put it in the fridge for a few hours. when your ready to make the meat heat up a pan and fry each side pulled directly from the bag or bowl with all the good stuff on it and brown each side for a few minutes on medium high heat.
Chop up the meat after its cooked and serve with the washed and diced cabbage, cillantro and limes. I usually fry my tortillas in a pan on each side get them a little brown and warm. |

Notes: I used to make this alot, typically i would do 5 pds of meat so we could eat it every night for dinner during the week. It was very easy to reheat during the week.
