1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 14oz can chicken broth
1 small yellow onion diced
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup red pepper, diced OR 1/2 - 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. chili powder (more or less)
1 7oz can chopped green chilies
1 15oz can Great Northern Beans
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, broth, onion, garlic, red pepper, oregano and chili powder in crock pot on high 4 - 5 hours. Shred cooked chicken, return to crock pot and add chilies and beans. Cook on low setting. In a separate sauce pan, combine butter, flour and milk. Heat to low simmer and then add cream cheese and mozzarella. Stir until smooth then add to crock pot and cook on low 1 hour.
