½ tsp Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Ground Cloves
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ c. Cooked or canned Pumpkin
1 ¼ c. Milk (cold)
1 pkg instant Butterscotch Pudding
1 ¼ c. Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cinnamon, ginger, cloves and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix in pumpkin, blend well, then add milk.

Add butterscotch pudding, mix and beat for 1 minute. Fold all but ¾ c whipped cream into the bowl. (Store reserve in fridge)

Spoon pudding in dessert plates, chill, top with remaining cream.

Top with nuts if desired.
