2 c. graham cracker crumbs
12 tbsp. ( c. or 1 sticks) vegan butter, melted
2 c. sweetened condensed non-dairy milk
1 - 12 oz. bag Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. flaked sweetened coconut
1 chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and vegan butter. Press mixture into a 13x9" baking pan to form crust. Pour the non-dairy condensed milk evenly over the crust.
In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate chips, flaked coconut, and chopped pecans. Distribute the mixture evenly over the crust and press down gently. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow pan to cool completely before chilling it--overnight if you have the time. Otherwise, chill it for 2 hours.
For best results, cut dessert into 2" squares once it is cold. Serve bars at room temperature.
