c. vegan butter (or regular butter)
c. oil (canola or vegetable)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
c. buttermilk
c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (can be gluten-free)
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
c. chocolate chips
c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Blend in eggs and buttermilk. Stir in dry ingredients and zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 F. until done (about 50 minutes).
