6 cups flour
2 cups milk*
3 eggs
cup butter
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar

Dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in 1 cup warm water. Warm milk and add butter. Put milk, butter, yeast and salt in large bowl. Stir in enough flour to make stiff batter. Add more flour to make smooth soft dough.
Knead well, cover and let rise until double in bulk.

Take a chunk of manageable size dough and roll out. Cut triangles. Roll from large end to short end, like a croissant. Place on a greased pan, let rise till double in bulk.

Bake in oven 350F for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden.

*no less than 2% milk or recipe will not work well.
