20 fresh mint leaves
2 limes cut into wedges
3 T white sugar
1 C ice
3 oz white rum
1 C club soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place mint leaves and 1/2 of lime wedges into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add all but two lime wedges and sugar, muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Pour half into second glass. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with club soda. Stir to taste and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedges.
