Meatballs:
2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
½ medium onion, grated
2-3 slices bread (no crusts)

For sauce:
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
¼ c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
½ cup grated onion
10 Ginger Snap Cookies, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and form into small balls. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Bake longer if you form larger meatballs.
Mix all sauce ingredients together, except cookies, in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cookies. Simmer 15 minutes. Works well to serve in a crockpot for get-togethers.
