Crust:
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. graham crackers
1/4 c.sugar

Filling:
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice

Can be topped with fresh strawberries or any fruit pie topping.

Crust:

Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9" square pan.

Filling:

Mix cream cheese till fluffy. Add rest of the ingredients to the cream cheese. Pour in the pan.

Bake 50 - 55 minutes at 300 degrees.

When I was 15, Dad purchased a home on Basswood Lake in Thessalon Canada. We would spend our summers there and were friends with several other families on the lake. As the name implies, this recipe came from Jinny Olsen one of the families that also stayed on the lake. Quite often this would be topped with blueberry pie filling made from the wild blueberries we picked up there.
