Ingredients:  
2 1/4 c. flour (mixture of whole wheat and white)
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. cold water

Filling:
4 apples, chopped
2 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 t. cornstarch
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough and chill. Meanwhile simmer apple filling in sauce pan until apples are cooked. Roll out dough and cut into squares. Put desired amount of filling and fold into triangles. Seal edges with fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450º for 17 minutes.
