3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Candy thermometer should reach 234º. Continue stirring for one more minute. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallow cream. nuts and vanilla and beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Cool are room temperature and cut into squares.
