4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 16 ounce carton sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

















Directions:

Heat oven to 375

stem spinach and drain. Mix thoroughly with sour cream and dry onion soup mix. Top with grater cheese. Cook for 1 hour.

This recipe doesn't suffer by adjusting ingredients, for example use 6 pkgs of spinach, adding a bit more sour cream and soup mix. The more cheese the better. I've also lowered the temperature left in the oven longer. I have served this at Christmas dinner for as long as I remember. It's fail-proof.
