¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup evaporated milk
2 Tbsps butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1½ cups cornflakes
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar and milk. Add butter and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil and stir for 2 minutes, them remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut, cornflakes, stirring well after each addition.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
Let stand until cool and set.
Refrigerate or freeze.
