Place the cooked eggs in a glass. Tear the toast into pieces and mix into the eggs. Add salt and pepper as desired (and more butter is always a good thing).

everyone is running late. A paper cup and plastic spoon can substitute for glass and metal in case the clock is ticking too fast.
