2 slices amply buttered toast

Place the cooked eggs in a glass. Tear the toast into pieces and mix into the eggs. Add salt and pepper as desired (and more butter is always a good thing).

Invented,as far as we know, by "Papa" Ernie Maupin and beloved by generations since. Great for mornings when everyone is running late. A paper cup and plastic spoon can substitute for glass and metal in case the clock is ticking.
