Ingredients:  
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box frozen chopped broccoli,(thawed)
6 oz carton cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
tsp. salt
1 stick melted margarine
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 400

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl,
greased 8 x 10-inch pan
pour into pan
bake for 30 minutes
take out of oven cool.
