1 lb hamburger (93/7 ratio best)
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Couple shakes of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Mix everything together well (if time let set for 15 minutes), and then form into 3 (⅓ each) patties.

1. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set an oven-safe rack on the foil (should have at least an inch of air space between the rack and pan for circulation).
2. Set the oven shelf to the upper third of the oven
3. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
4. Set the burgers on the rack and put in the oven.
5. Bake for eight to ten minutes or until as done as you like them.
