3 to 4 Large Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
Vegetables - Peppers, Onions any you like
1 Bottle of Italian Dressing
Foil for grill or grill basket
BBQ Grill

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken up into small pieces
Cut up vegetable
In large bowl put veggies and chicken and pour bottle of Italian dressing
Marinate at least 3 hrs the more the better
Place the veggies and chicken in b basket and grill over fire until done
If no basket, line grill with foil and BBQ until done.
Usually 15-20 min

This is Aunt Suzie and Uncle Dave's Up North recipe. They intended to put the meat and veggies on skewers and BBQ them, However they drank a few too many beers and just threw it all in the basket and BBQ'd it over the fire. That is where the Term "Drunk Chicken" came from
