Christmas eve.

brown and remove from fry pan remove grease
1 lb sausage
1 lb bacon

Add to fry pan
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion (sliced)
1 pkg mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 green pepper (sliced)
1/2 red pepper (sliced

2 loaves of French bread (cube)
2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together and set aside
12 eggs
1 C milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:

375 degrees large roasting pan bigger than 13X9. Butter bottom and sides of pan.

Layer bread / meat/ vegetable /cheese. Continue layering until all ingredients except for the eggs
mixture are gone.

Add egg mixture. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning uncover and set into the oven for 50 minutes or until with a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean .

Let stand for 15 minutes enjoy
